Drawing portrait of this woman

hello, i have this drawing for today , portrait of a woman , i draw it with pencils used HB to draw first linest and 2B or 4B for shadowing and dark parts like eyes and nose or hair
drawing a face is the hardest part i think, because if i have a mistake on eyes so it will look weird ,and not a natural face
it needs a lot of effort ,and i like sometimes draw them,i used a picture and when i saw it i decided to draw it for my practices ,and i add the link under my drawing, couldn't find the exact link and add a link of drawings i guess that is inside them and maybe not well i just wanted to putt reference , also have some process pictures ,here is my drawing :)
