V neděli jsme zajeli do Zooparku Chomutov. Není moc daleko od nás, asi 75 km, a jezdíme tam tak 1 až 2 krát do roka.

Dorazili jsme kolem 11 hodiny a parkoviště bylo téměř prázdné. Přesto, že bylo krásné počasí, tak přes celý den nebylo v parku moc lidí. Hlavní sezona již skončila.
We arrived around 11am and the car park was almost empty. Despite the beautiful weather, there were not many people in the park all day. The main season was already over.
Po průchodem vstupní budovy s pokladnou jsme prošli kolem vodotrysku s velrybou a pokračovali k prvním výběhům zvířat.
První hodně atraktivní je výběh opic Makaků, dnes se jim asi moc skotačit nechtělo, nebyli moc venku.

Pokračovali jsme dál po zooparku téměř prázdnýma cestami.
Prošli jsme kolem několika výběhů a zašli do terária.

V celém areálu je několik stánků s občerstvením a jedna velká restaurace.

Cestou k restauraci jsme minuli další zvířata a voliéru s dravými ptáky.
On the way to the restaurant we passed more animals and an aviary with birds of prey.
Oběd jsme si dali v restauraci Tajga, bohužel venkovní posezení bylo uzavřeno a uvnitř bylo docela dost lidí. Naštěstí byla otevřena terasa v patře kde jsme se usadili.
We had lunch at the Tajga restaurant, unfortunately the outdoor seating was closed and it was quite crowded inside. Fortunately the upstairs terrace was open where we sat.
Po obědě jsme pokračovali v prohlídce kolem medvědů, vodního ptactva, buvolů a velbloudů.
Velice zajímavý je i statek domácích zvířat.
After lunch we continued our tour past the bears, waterfowl, buffalo and camels.
The domestic animal farm is also very interesting.
Mezi nejoblíbenější patří expozice tuleňů.

Šli jsme dál kolem zubrů, pižmoňů a dalších zvířat.
We went on past bison, muskoxen and other animals.
V zooparku je i mnoho míst, kde si mohou děti vyhrát.
The zoo also has many places where children can play.
Neděle se velmi vydařila, líbila se určitě i naším psům 🙂
