Which foods should we eat for lunch? Here are the following:
Yup! You guessed it! Another slice of wheat bread.
NO PEANUT BUTTER THIS TIME
Add half cup of tuna BUT OF COURSE, NO MAYO!

For beverage, you can have water, green tea, or just any black coffee but without sugar of course
