Fifth post for my Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar food series. A dish of Italian origins, it’s essentially a folded pizza or turnover since it’s mainly baked dough with filling. The filling of this dish consisted of mozzarella cheese, minced meat, olives, and a few bell peppers and onions which are all normally found on a pizza. It has greens on the side too and some sliced tomatoes. My entry for #dailyfoodphotography
