When I drove back home from Prague I visited České Budějovice for a short stop to enjoy dinner and reload my batteries a bit with a nice homemade lemonade a great steak and a short walk through the city.
I have already visited Ceske Budejovice several times in the last years and one of the best restaurants I found there is the "Restaurace Potrefená husa České Budějovice". For everywone who likes to eat a grat steak or some nice desert (the nougat dumplings are a dream) I can strongly recommend this place. Also the self made lemonades are every time a delightfull refreshment. České Budějovice is a nice little city with some beautiful buildings and is not even one and a half hours away from Linz.
