Gumbo has been a big help with the extra chores during the holidays. He was happy to volunteer to help with the dishes!

I hope everyone had a very merry Christmas. Gumbo certainly enjoyed it. Here he is with his new toy - a stuffed log filled with squirrels! He loves making the squirrels squeek. It is such a joy to watch

Hope all our friends are doing well. It has been a while since we last posted. Ilsa is enjoying the holiday season and finding many cozy spots around the house!

Hope everyone is having a fun and relaxing weekend. Haven't posted any pictures of the vizslas recently - I'm hoping to get back on track and post more regular updates now.

Finally a break in the rain. Gumbo and I took advantage and managed to fit in a short walk. Great to get some fresh air and find some new smells.

Gumbo and I went for a brisk walk tonight. The snow has largely thawed leaving large patches of mud, much to Gumbo's delight. Once we were back at home, he immediately found a nice warm spot. #lifewithavizsla

The winter storm has now passed, and we were able to just enjoy the snow. Gumbo has always loved snow, and he had a blast today. I'm not sure he ever slowed down! Ilsa on the other hand is a fair weather
