蕎麦の話が続きますが （昨日は蕎麦打ちに行って、へんな植木鉢を発見した話だったか 笑） 蕎麦の切りがバラバラになる課題があって ずっとずっと直らなかったんです。 生地がやわらかすぎるのか 打ち粉が足りないのか 迷い道に入っていました。 で、脇を締めなさいとずっと言われてて ついつい緩む。 だから ↓ その辺にあったいろんなものを挟んでみました。 これがなかなか良い‼️ しばらくこれ式でやってみようと思います。
