选对枕头很重要
以前我一直不理解，为什么大家选一个枕头都要挑来挑去，总觉得枕头只要能垫着睡觉就行，没必要那么讲究。 直到后来我的颈椎开始不舒服，一切才有了体会。有时候晚上睡着了随便枕个东西，衣服被子什么的，第二天早上起来脖子又酸又僵，扭头都费劲，有时候连肩膀也跟着发沉。有时候睡太软的枕头，头一陷进去，整个脖子都是悬空的；换个太高的枕头，就感觉颈椎有点压力，一觉醒来落枕也是常有的事。

避免侧左睡，会做噩梦。 昨晚又做噩梦，乍醒时候发现自己正压着心脏睡觉，也难怪了。但最近似乎总是做噩梦，怀疑是睡姿问题。每天入睡的时候，其实都是正向睡姿，但只要睡醒了，不是翻转过来就是横七八叉。有时候也蛮佩服自己这折腾力的，这都没滚掉下床也是一个奇迹。
