Notes I understand that there we people for which this is their everyday, they just want to get to their train without some weird tourist with a camera getting in their way, but they need to understand

Notes I love it went an architect actually put some thought in something a mundane as a car park entry, particularly one like this hidden done an alleyway, not in the vista that most people see, of course

Thailand's temples are among the most beautiful and inspiring sights in the country. Their golden roofs, intricate decorations, colourful mosaics, and elegant architecture create a wonderful feeling of

Notes The romance of travel reduced to a night in crappy, slightly dirty, definitely overpriced room on the edge of the airport where the view is of fast food restaurants and just out of frame, private

Notes Why is the building looking at me? Why are it's eye not level? why is one beady and one open with love? and why is there a third one, like some hippy woman wanting to tell your fortune are a farmer's

Notes We stayed here (it's the Shinjuku Washington Hotel) , it was perhaps not as amazing inside as outside - inside it felt very late 70's early 80's - a great time for Japan admittedly but could have

Notes is this a picture of the London Eye and therefore absolutely architectural photography, although perhaps you could argue that this is design, maybe engineering but not architecture, or more importantly

Notes Where was A and B or all of the other letters for that matter, I guess it didn't really matter all I knew was that she said she would see me a the C building. I mean I didn't always get her jokes

Notes Is there any chance they were thinking about this view when someone put the frame there, thinking of a man standing in barely used laneway and the side of the building on a winter's afternoon looking

Notes Shape, strong colour, leading lines (albeit it leading to nowhere, does that make them leading anymore) and repeating patterns this is all my bag. Bag in this instance reflecting the 1960's jazz

Notes In my mind I can't do architectural type photography with a prime 35mm lens, you need a big wide angle beast but I think this works, you just need to be distance away from your subject and it helps
