#one80pushups

@daniel-san and I walked 11,000 @actifit steps this afternoon/evening. We walked out 5500 steps, then turned around, and walked another 5500 back to home. I did my daily #one80pushups this morning.

I have 4 minutes to post my @actifit report card. I was indoors almost all day because of some extreme california weather. We had a crazy hailstorm this afternoon, and temperatures have dropped drastically

@daniel-san and @theharvey took turns in the big boy stroller this afternoon. I pushed the stroller for 4500 steps, and the rest of my steps were from shopping and dailyactivity. I did over 200 push-ups

I had a hard time accumulating steps today. The boys played in the back yard most of the day, so it was hard to get active. I walked up and down our short block several times this evening, because @theharvey

Not much to report, but I kicked ass with my daily #one80pushups, and I accumulated the minimum 5K activity count. Thank you for the support, and remember to #getyouractifitdone! This report was published

I had less than 200 steps on my @actifit fitness tracker at 7 pm this evening, and I scored 10,000 steps before 9 pm. My feet are sore after walking 10,000, but my chest is used to the daily #one80pushups.

I spent most of the day with the family. It wasn’t a lazy day, but most of my day was without my @actifit tracker. My iPhone has an exhausted battery, so it’s hard to gain steps with a broken machine.

It’s too late for me to go walking through the streets of downtown, so I will settle for the 7200 steps for today’s @actifit report card. I did some shopping earlier this evening, and I walked 5000 @actifit

I had to do a lot of heavy walking this evening, because I didn’t start my @actifit activity until this evening. I did plenty of push-ups today, but #one80pushups don’t accumulate many actifit steps. I

The boys and I walked 3000 steps earlier in the day, and I just finished walking 6000 steps to secure another 10K report card. I did many sets of push-ups throughout the day, and I’m feeling mighty strong

I had to walk 8500 steps this evening to secure 10K for the day. I was extremely lazy outside doing a couple hundred push-ups for my daily #One80PushUps. Thank you for the support, and #getyouractifitdone!

@theharvey and I walked 5000 steps earlier in the evening, and I walked 4000 steps this evening. I did over 200 push-ups today to satisfy my daily #One80PushUps. I still have too much energy, but I have

Not much @actifit activity to report for today’s report card. I solo walked 5000 steps earlier in the day, and solo walked 5000 steps this evening. I did push-ups throughout the day to maintain my daily

If did less than 300 push-ups today, I would be surprised. I did push-ups this morning, this afternoon and this evening, to satisfy my #one80pushups daily. @theharvey and walked about 3000 steps this

In recent weeks, I have sacrificed my daily @actifit step count in exchange for quality time with my family. I wasn’t able to do much activity today, because @luvbnamome had her chemo port removed this

Almost all my @actifit steps were accumulated walking through a large mall parking lot this evening. I walked to Panera to get a coffee, and I did my daily #panerapushups after taking a drink of my fresh
