I can forget about what is the right thing to do or say at any given moment, and act with confidence. Learning to trust my common sense is not a one-day task, but a way of life.

Showing our smile is one of the most beautiful accessory that we can wear, if we are cheerful we will attract cheerful people and happy situations.

The important thing to recognise is that their use is not the best way to "kill" time, remembering that time is not killed, but rather used

Fears are natural, I must not allow them to paralyse me and see the opportunities that can be presented to me, this will help me to reinforce a sense of security.
