This is a picture of me riding my last speed machine or road warrior bicycle. It would of been impossible to ride a few years earlier because the gearing was so high. I was averaging near 200 miles a week

So, i have 19 month old son who is extremely active and happy. He seems able to do so much with building blocks and filling boxes with stuff like toys. #danieleverett loves running around yelling and baby

So #danieleverett wakes up more times than not, crying for several minutes. Its my guess is that he is still kinda asleep but awake. Not sure of any other reason i see. During the day he is extremely energetic
