무조건 남향집을 사라 어른들이 흔히 하는 말이 있죠. 남향집이 볕도 잘 들고, 따뜻해서 좋다고. 아파트나 빌라, 회사에서 생활하는 이들에게 사실 남향집이라는 건 잘 와닿지가 않습니다. 아파트 건축 기법상 요즘에는 완전 남향집이라는 건 존재하지 않기도 하고요. 보통 남동향이나 남서향으로 짓기도 하고 완전 동향, 서향일 경우는 가격이 1-2천만원 빠지기도 하죠.
