#chiengora

How awesome is this hat! Some wool, chiengora and glitz and this 2x2 rib hat just jumps out at you!

Hello steemians! Its that time of year. Whenever I spin yarn I end up with skines of yarn that just sit around all year with nothing to do. Its at this time of year that I gather that yarn up and start

I have here the result of a mixture of wool, alpaca, silk and...dog shedding! "Big John", the Great Pyrenees who loving shed all over his parents house to the effect that I was given enough fiber

I finally have some yarn spun up with chiengora (dog shedding) to show you. If you remember, I talked about the eco-frendliness of using this millennia old technique to keep warm and take some stress off

Imagine you have a beloved pet but they shed enough to create a second pet. I too have had this problem. I would throw all her shedding away but then had to think about taking up landfills space with this.
