I see an intresting colorwork in my future.
This small skein of chiengora is just calling to be a colorwork pattern. I'm thinking skulls on a knit beanie. What do you think?

The northerner cowl
The dog this fiber came from was a wolf hybrid so this cowl is my Northerner cowl in honor of the upcoming last season of Game of Thrones! Chiengora mixed with wool and silk for a supper soft and warm

Orange you glad I found this...
I found more small batch cakes of yarn! They may be reproducing in there. This hat is a mix of great pyr, alpaca, Moreno and silk. I can no longer be sure I got to all my small batches of yarn. 2 more

Chien green.
This is a warm hat! With about a third of it being chiengora it better be. Mixed up everything in my leftover fluff basket and blended in some green. And interesting spin and a joy to knit.

Crypto on the brain again.
Looks like I have made myself an xrp fan hat. This yarn came from a blend of wool, chiengora, silk and angelina for an awesome flash in the right light. This batch resulted in two hats. The second hat

Blue Husky
The husky that donated his fiber for this blend will always be appreciated. Husky, alpaca, silk and wool all went into the dye pot to result in a soft and semi dense yarn I knit into this great slouchy

An unexpected pleasure.
After spinning up a pink/magenta, chiengora and sparkle single, I found a wound up single of alpaca and angora tucked away that I plied with the pink single. I figured this would be skein to make a short

All of the photos in this set were taken in the late 1960s and early 1970s and they were probably all taken in the Lansing, Michigan area.

toasty toque
This hat is dense and warm due to the generous amount of poodle used in it in addition to the Moreno wool. Totally brings out the winter vibe as well.

Mutt
While this creation is mostly wool, there is about 25% of dog brushing from a very well loved dog that has no really breed designation. Doesn't matter though, as this hat is almost as spectacular to wear
