小時候第壹次吃到生煎包的時候喜歡上了底下那層在平底鍋裏油煎過的包子皮，焦脆鹹香，長時間的熱鍋炙烤讓裏面的餡料出了油，很潤，十分可口，唯壹不夠完美的是沒有煎過的面皮像爛泥粘到牙齒上感覺不太好。 當我到了新疆，吃到了維吾爾大叔做的烤包子後便覺得生煎真的是小兒科了。山外有山，人外有人，生煎包外有烤包子啊。
