世にも不思議なとうふかまぼこ
弘前に行く前に 道の駅で購入した「とうふかまぼこ」。 原料を見ると とうふだけなんですよね。 魚のすり身が入っている感じがしないんです。 でも、しっかりとかまぼこになってる。（笑） そしてやっぱり 少し甘い味付け。 周りにはゴマ、かぼちゃの味（あまりわかんないけど）の皮が かけてある。 同じ生地で作ってるから色合いだけなんですが キレイです。 そのままたべちゃったけど わさび醤油とかで食べたらおいしいかもね。

函館の五稜郭の夜桜です。 いまいちな写真なのでもう一枚。 五稜郭タワーと桜。 はこはけっこう寒かった。 この時期はまだまだダウンは必要でしょう。 北海道人は 花見というと火を起こし 焼肉をやります。 飲み過ぎの原因です‼️（笑） 焼肉もそうなんだけど ジンギスカンね。 ジンギスカン屋さんから鍋や炭を借りたりできます。 肉ともやしを買うと無料で貸してくれます。 そしてフェリーで青森へ。

去年のクリスマスプレゼントにペアの湯のみ茶碗を両親に贈りました。 私のお気に入りの津軽金山焼です。 金山の良質な粘土で作られいて、口あたりや持った感じの肌ざわりがいいです。 1350度の高温でじっくり焼き上げて固める"焼き締め"という手法で、深みのある独特な風合いのある焼き物です。 土と炎とその人の個別性がでていて温かみがありますよね。 棧切や牡丹餅、緋襷などの特徴も色合いが素敵です!
