  • 70 g dry soy asparagus;
  • 280 g of pasta;
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • 1 red onion;
  • 2-3 large tomatoes;
  • 1-2 green chili peppers or a pinch of ground chili;
  • ½ bunch parsley;
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic;
  • 10 small tomatoes or cherry tomatoes;
  • salt to taste;
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce;
  • ground black pepper - to taste;
  • a few sprigs of fresh thyme or 1 teaspoon of dried thyme.

Cooking



Soak the asparagus and cut into large pieces. Boil the paste to al dente according to the instructions on the package. Then throw it in a colander, rinse under cold water, add a spoonful of oil and mix.

Cut the onions in half rings, large tomatoes in medium cubes, and chili into longitudinal slices. Grind parsley and garlic.

Heat a spoonful of oil in a frying pan and put small tomatoes. Salt, fry them until soft and transfer to a plate. Then fry fuju for 4–5 minutes. In the process, add soy sauce, salt and pepper to the asparagus. Put it on a plate.

Pour the remaining oil into the pan, pour the garlic and onion into it, and cook, stirring, for several minutes. Add chopped tomatoes, fresh or ground chili, pepper, salt and fresh thyme leaves or dried herbs. Stew until the tomatoes are soft.

Put the pasta to the vegetables, mix and cook for a couple of minutes. Then add asparagus, fried tomatoes, parsley, salt and pepper. Stir and cook a couple more minutes.
