Delicious Oyacodon

Oyacodon is classic Japanese omelet with chicken - one of the main dishes of their regular diet. Quit rich in taste and far nutritious, can be prepared in few minutes.

Ingredients


  • 1 onion;
  • 6 tablespoons of soy sauce;
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar;
  • 300 g chicken;
  • 3 eggs;
  • ½ cup rice;
  • 20 g of green onions.

Cooking



Heat the pan and pour soy sauce in it. Once it begins to boil, add the onion chopped in half rings and sprinkle it with sugar. Leave on fire for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Cut the chicken into small pieces and place in a pan. Stir with onion and sauce. Cook 3-4 minutes.

Beat the eggs until smooth and pour the meat evenly over them. Cover the dishes and wait 3-4 minutes.

Cook rice. Put it on a plate, place an omelet on top and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
