French Fried Cheese Balls
Ingredients
1 Onion, chopped
25 grams Flour
2.5 ml Worcestershire Sauce
3 Eggs Whites
100 grams fine crushed Corn Flakes
Salt for seasoning
Oil for deep frying
Making Steps
Whisk the eggs till form soft peaks, fold the cheese into it with the spatula.
Shape into walnut sized balls, roll in crushed cereal and fry in deep fat untill golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper and ready tobe serve, serving with family favorite sauce.
