Ingredients :
- 1 ½ kg beef ribs, cut into pieces
- 6 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 4 cm ginger, finely chopped
- 4 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper white powder
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg powder
- 1 ½ L water
- 6 tbsp margarine, for sauteing
How to cook Roast Beef Ribs
- Saute garlic, onion, and ginger until fragrant.
- Add ribs. Cook until it changes color.
- Add sweet soy sauce, honey, oyster sauce, salt, pepper, and nutmeg powder. Stir well.
- Pour water gradually. Cook until the ribs are cooked and the seasoning permeates. Lift.
- Burn while smearing the remaining spices until fragrant and tanned.
