Me gusta mucho el queso Ricotta, suelo prepararlo con algunos ingredientes saborizantes para comer con todo tipo de preparaciones. Creo que va muy bien con Sandwiches y este fue el caso.
I like Ricotta cheese a lot, I usually prepare it with some flavoring ingredients to eat with all kinds of preparations. I think it goes very well with Sandwiches and this was the case.
Aliñé el queso agregando cilantro, cebollin, pimentón y ají. Mezclé bien para luego agregar a mi Sandwich.

Humedecí el pan con Mayonesa, agregué rodajas de Tomate, posteriormente el queso aliñado y listo! un sabroso y rápido aperitivo nocturno mientras blogueo.
