Doom And Gloom Ahead

CHINA COLLAPSES AND WE'RE NEXT ☁️

I had to do something at the post office yesterday. While I waited to be served I glanced at the news stand and was quite astonished by two things; the fact that news papers are still a thing in 2023, and the crazy headlines. Actually, looking at the headlines, it was an analogue version of a typical YouTube homepage. It was full of outlandish sensational headlines of the most extreme type. This was what digitally transitioned to "click bait". The only thing that has changed, it would seem, is the medium for spreading fear and lies.

Talking of news, the energy I'm feeling generally is that there is doom and gloom in the immediate future. The economy really isn't looking good at all. Our current inflation rate is unsustainable and the pain has moved up from working class to the middle class. There are nurses and teachers now that can no longer afford to pay council tax. Some of them are using food banks!

I was at the supermarket yesterday and I picked up a bar of white chocolate that used to cost 45p just two years ago. I couldn't believe my eyes! £1.25! That's a lot more than we're being told about inflation. From what I can see, inflation is closer to 100% than 20%. Someone is not telling the truth somewhere.

China's economy has all but collapsed now as people pretty much have run out of money. One of the largest real estate companies in the world, Evergrande, is now bankrupt! They're Everpequeña now. We are going to feel this here in the west since many of our huge financial firms are deeply invested in Chinese real estate.

There's also the impending energy crisis that will result from what's going on in Niger (and West Africa generally). Let's just say this winter's going to be interesting.

Peace & Love,

Adé
