Many studies say that green tea has a positive effect on health. The effect is to prevent osteoporosis and reduce the risk of cancer. But what is this wondrous power?
The effect of green tea has been known for a long time. Drinking green tea calms the stomach and intestines. Caries is prevented by the antibacterial effect. Green tea contains vitamins A, B, B 12, C and minerals such as potassium, calcium, fluoride. There are 130 other important ingredients, including the very important flavonoids.
These have a positive influence on a variety of metabolic processes in the human body, such as cancer development, immune mechanisms and inflammatory processes. Furthermore, flavonoids reduce the risk of heart disease and are intended to strengthen the immune system.

The preparation of the tea is also important. Green tea should be fresh and stored in an airtight glass container. Too much oxygen causes the tea to age faster and lose its aroma. It should not be placed next to coffee or spices.
Do not use boiling water, otherwise the tea will lose its effect. If the water is too hot, the tannins dissolve and many vitamins are destroyed. The ideal temperature is approx. 70-80 °C.

It is best to boil the water and then wait a few minutes. Then add the tea and wait 2-4 minutes. The higher the quality of the tea, the longer it can be left in water. Some like the second tea brew more because it contains less caffeine.
If you are interested in the studies that have dealt with the consumption of green tea and its positive effects, you can easily find them on the internet. Therefore I did not refer to individual studies.
I hope that I could motivate you to drink more green tea. Health is the most important thing in our lives. We owe that to ourselves but also to all our beloved people :-)
Have a good day.
