My 4 Week Weight Loss Journey Day 5

So here's day 5 of my weight loss journey. Amazing how fast the days go by. I start to feel better day by day since I cut down on sugar and meat every day.

Day 5 breakfast

300 ml water and 1 scoop of protein powder and 20 gr chia seed , you can use milk as well but that can effect your results. I use a shaker like the one you see in the picture above. When you order your protein powder online you can order the shaker with it

In between veggie snack with yoghurt dip

200 ml yoghurt
1/2 teasp mustard
chives
1/2 garlic bulbs
150 gr veggies off choice

Wash the chives and slice them into rings, press the garlic and add all of this including the mustard into the yoghurt

Season with pepper and little salt. This dip is sufficient for several days. Keep well closed in the refrigerator


now you can use any veggies you like to eat with it. I liked bell peppers and cucumber this time

lunch

protein shake like description above but without the chia seed

In between

A protein bar

Dinner Pancake with veggie mix

150 gr wok veggies by choice
½ can of tomato puree
100 gr minced meat

Put some butter or coconut oil ( I prefer coconut oil) in a pan and let it melt, Add the pancake mix ( see previous posts)
Melt some butter or coconut oil in another pan, Add the minced meat and veggies and cook for about 10/15 minutes.Add the tomato puree and stir the mixture.

put the pancake on a plate and put the meat/veggie mix on top of it.

BON APETIT

Later on the evening you can have 150 ml quark but without sugar or other sweetners.

Make sure you drinks lots of water or green tea during the day. Avoid coffee and alcohol as much as possible
