We are very lucky and thankful for living in Finland. Sometimes you get blind to things around you and forget the things that really matter. Our @happychaga team think that family, nature and healthy food are the right base for a happier life.

This year was really special because we got to collect edible mushroom still in New years eve!!! This mushroom grow all over our forests in Finland and is called "Suppilovahvero" = Cantharellus tubaeformis. It is delicious in stews, soups and pickled!

Now everything is covered in snow....
