Here is another fine brewery from out Canadian friends.
Like the region it's from, the all-malt Muskoka Craft Lager is a getaway from the average lager we are so use to. That's because it's carefully aged and handcrafted by some damn good brewers to be uniquely flavourful, yet remarkably easy-drinking. Made from the finest North American hops and malt this beer has become highly recognized through Canada.
In fact, the beer actually was the winner of Canadian Lager of the Year. As you can see this beer pours misty gold with minimal rather frothy head that dissipates quickly which leaves almost no lacing.
The aroma is light we some sweet notes of herbal hops. The flavor is as one would expect malt dominates the brew which a hint of light bitterness which is typical with the style.
Overall, it’s a slightly unique take on the style that was able to quench my thirst and palate.
Cheers,
