The beach itself is somewhat neglected and empty in the offseason. I took this photo in late October.
The mountaintop in the distance just above the wall is Vesuvio, the dormant volcano. It can be seen much better in the photo taken several steps to the left.
Turning to the right your eye catches the following scenery.
Not very inviting for the tourists. Maybe these items are remnants of vivid summer parties.
Anyways, I miss the days of exploring Napoli and the area around it. It was a beautiful experience.
