Visiting Khlong Toei Market you will find yourself within an asian fairytale. The passionate cook will find everything he dreams of. Besides chicken, gooses and ducks you will find all kind of fish, shrimps, crabs or even frogs, all fresh and some of them still alive. As well all kinds of fruit and masses of spices and vegetables. While stolling around hundred different smells are in the air, some of them pleasant and others more exteme. For today I decided on crabs for a delicate crab curry.
