Stuffed Bell Peppers !

Today I am making stuffed bell pepper with a spicy tomato sauce and rice.

What need for this recipe is:

  • A bell pepper per person
  • Minced meat (in this case a kilo)
  • Spices for the minced meat like chili pepper, salt.
  • A onion
  • A clove of garlic
  • Tomato sauce
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Sambal or hot chili sauce

Put the oven on 180 degrees Celsius to pre-heat.

First I going to take care of the Bell peppers. I am going around the green “crown” with a sharp knife. After that I can put the “crown” inside.

After that I am going to cut of a piece as a cap. And I am getting out all the seed leaders and seed.

Then I am going to spice the minced meat. I cut the onion in little pieces and put this with the spices and the minced meat. Mix it with your hands.

After that you can stuff the bell peppers with the minced meat.
And you can put them in the oven for an hour.

After 30 minutes put the water for the rice to boil and boil your rice.

Chop the garlic glove and put it in a sauce pan with a bit oil. And let it heat a bit but don’t let the garlic colouring.
Put the tomato sauce on top of it. And heat it. Put a bit sambal or chilli sauce in it and a bit of Worcestershire sauce for the kick.

After an our in the oven it is time to eat.
