The pic is shit but the recipe is outstanding as usual. As you might not know I got censored in the big food groups here on Hive.

One or more of the admins didn’t like to see that I create better recipes then her, live more healthy, eat more delicious and be i perfect shape. So she looked for a reason to start a discussion and then used her “power” to censor me.

This happens everywhere. People hate me for being better. People hate me for telling them the truth they tefuse to accept. All your friends are like this and youbalso. Otherwise you would want a honest human (me) to be friends with you.

Did you hear him saying you should just marry a woman who can make Marsala Dosa?

I heard it and started searching for recipes to find out what it is and tried a variation of it.

While frying the dosa I remembered that my stepmom once cooked that for us and I could not get enough.

Do you eat healthy every day or do you pretend to?

I bet you lie and don’t even know what healthy means.
It is super simple. Alkaline ORGANIC is healthy and nothing else. Although some acidic food like fried dosas will not harm you.

Are these dosa acidic?
The dough is alkaline fermented but its fried. Hmm interesting. Like the sparkling natural water. Can it be alkaline with co2 inside? Probably not.

RECIPE

Soak some ORGANIC soja, buckwheat (or rice or both), sunflower and chickpeas over night, wash and drain them. Sprout them if you are super awesome

NATURAL PRODUCTS ARE NEVER THE SAME so never follow recipes 100%. Neither time, amount, length or anything else. It’s natural not industrial

AFTER SOAKING

Blend with some water to create a thick! panceke dough
I used a freestyle mix with 1 part each but about 40% buckwheat.
I added ENOUGH salt, cumin and very little curry - kind of all the spices I have nowadays. Nutmeg would be great and also herbs or even seame,...

Put it in a clean jar with lid to ferment at least half a day. Stir or shake before every! use.

STEP 3 FRYING

Fry in a non stick pan (heat 6/9) in lots of (coconut) oil until max crispy.
It will stick until crispy and you have to scratch it off gently, flip it and fry for another 3 mins.

That’s it

A few days ago I served it with a mixed sprouted legume stew in tomato sauce with quinoa inside.
Today I cooked a fast Daal with some chicpeas and soja which were in early sprouting stage.

CLASSIC

Served with potato marsala.

PLEASE start behaving like an adult and create your own variety. Copycats (white privileged terrorists) are not able to survive without slavery.
