Every job has hazards ~ some of course can be slightly more extreme than others. Working on expedition ships there can be as you could well imagine a few hazards. Ice, wind, animals & waves just to name a few. Some times we plan to land at a site that can be exposed to potential waves, which can make the landing a lot of fun and at times slightly more adventurous.
This was one of those times. We are constantly training in such conditions without guests to fine tune our skills for such occasions.
It looks way more crazy than it actually was - I love this angle!
