Almost Carbless and Reducing Caffeine on My Actifit Report Card: July 8 2019

In recent days, I have reduced my espresso intake by 66%, and I reduced my carbs intake by 90%.

Before @luvbnamome and I moved in together, I rarely ate carbs, but lived on coffee. I feel better on low carb diet, but Caffeine is my addiction.

We will see if I go crazy with the major reduction in my caffeine consumption.

Today, I walked more than a six miles, and worked another very busy shift at Starbucks.

As usual, I did my #seven77 push-ups during a solo evening walk.

I’m feeling extremely #ActiFit, and will continue to increase my weekly Activity Counts. #SteemOnDudes!
