My Actifit Report Card: March 18 2019

Today during lunch I walked for about 15 min, which felt great. When I got to the gym I was only able to do a bit of cardio cycling of course. Now the reason I like the bike is due to the fact I have flat feet, which for me walking for a long period of time does not help so. I know I should do more walking and or running but a steady start is a good way for me to ease in.

Follow me on my fitness journey hopefully I can continue this. As you can see this is my third post in a roll so I am on the right track let’s hit one week. I will also post weight lose and calories burnt.
