No leader that hasn't grown can assume his office as a priest over His subordinate. Your sheep's are totally vulnerable to all circumstances when we've not grown as leaders.
As a leader, you are supposed to be a burden lifter. He understands how vulnerable his followers are if
he doesn't fight for them.
- One other thing a leader must learn to do deliberately is to continually Engage the strength of the Spirit of God in the place of prayer else the devil will be wasting your subordinate. Moses did it, Jesus did it even Paul did it when he prayed and said my little children in whom I travail that Christ might be formed in you. See Peters. would have been a mess if Jesus never prayed for him.
