Over 14,000 steps.
Just a quick post today. I worked a 10 hour shift today, no breaks, no time to sit. Just go, go, go.
I left at 6 and the next bus didn't arrive until 7, so I spent 13 hours away from home. My poor kids, and my poor animals. I missed them today.
I'm exhausted and hurting and my kids are waiting for bedtime snuggles.
