聽聽聽聽聽 La mayor铆a de las personas siempre estamos buscando el equilibrio en nuestras vidas. En lo econ贸mico, en la salud, en las relaciones familiares y tambi茅n con nuestras parejas. Luego de un entrenamiento de domingo, que fuimos con la familia, nos dispusimos a realizar ejercicios de equilibrio luego de correr. Y es ah铆 donde pens茅 en realizar esta publicaci贸n.

Most of us are always looking for balance in our lives. Financially, in health, in family relationships and also with our partners. After a Sunday workout, which we went to with the family, we set out to do balance exercises after our run. And that's where I thought of making this publication.

I'm not much of a writer, but Marcelo says that we can all add value with our thoughts, experiences and opinions. Luckily I have him to help me with my writing and he is always correcting me. It's intense 馃槂, but I know he wants it to come out the right way.

聽聽聽聽聽 En mi vida siempre estuve para todos e inclusive para los que no me precisaban. Pero soy as铆 y me gusta ayudar, pero en ocasiones uno se frustra, cuando entrega todo y los resultados no se dan. Y es ah铆 cuando digo que por m谩s que los resultados no acompa帽en, vali贸 la pena intentarlo y por supuesto, valdr谩 m谩s todav铆a si lo sigo intentando. Nunca ser谩 como nosotros lo queremos, pero debemos intentar equilibrar las cosas.
! [English] In my life I have always been there for everyone and even for those who did not need me. But I am like that and I like to help, but sometimes you get frustrated when you give everything and the results do not come. And that's when I say that even if the results don't come, it was worth trying and of course, it will be even more worth it if I keep trying. It will never be the way we want it, but we must try to balance things.
聽聽聽聽聽 Cada d铆a que nos levantamos, debemos pensar que todo saldr谩 como el universo/dios quiere, pero depende de la voluntad nuestra, hacer lo mejor que podemos para los resultados se den. Jugar con los chicos, divertirte con tu pareja o quiz谩s con un desconocido, da igual. No perdamos el tiempo frustrados, por lo que no sucede, sino que festejemos lo que s铆 sucede y sigamos intentando.
