聽聽聽聽聽 Casi una semana sin poder subir contenidos, pero ac谩 estamos nuevamente y con un nuevo video que encontr茅 en Instagram, y realmente me encanto. Intente hacer lo mejor posible para que me salgan los movimientos (costo un poquito), y se logr贸 un buen resultado.

I love how I am improving my figure and I know that a lot has to do with what we eat. I would love to improve even more, but, many times, it just can't be done.
聽聽聽聽聽 La verdad, me encanto esta rutina, porque pude hacerlo, con los elementos que tengo en casa y sent铆 que trabajo mucho, la parte que a m铆 me gusta, que son los abdominales y los gl煤teos.
Realice 3 series, con las repeticiones que puse en el video. Pod铆a hacer un poco m谩s, pero siempre guardo un poco, para entrenar ma帽ana.

The truth is, I loved this routine, because I could do it, with the elements that I have at home and I felt that I worked a lot, the part that I like, which are the abs and buttocks.
I did 3 sets, with the repetitions that I put in the video. I could do a little more, but I always keep a little bit to train tomorrow.
