One of my main goals in Splinterlands is building a strong deck. That’s why I take my time buying the different kinds of chests (Minor, Major, and Ultimate) and rarity draws (Common, Rare, Epic, and Legendary) from Gwen’s Glint Shop with my accumulated glints. At the moment, I have 51,760.4 glints, and I used 50,000 of them to purchase 100 minor chests.
I open them to see what I get, and it’s one of the best ways to upgrade my cards to higher — and eventually max — levels. This is especially useful for those common units that need a lot of BCX to reach max level.
From opening these 100 chests, Grove Doomblade, Husk of the Hunter, and Stonebind Matron have all been upgraded to level 5. It took 60 copies of each to get them there patiently and steadily. For me, that’s real progress — because from this level onward, they become truly formidable in battle.

I also got 16 alchemy potions and 11 legendary potions. In addition I got a total of 1,988 merits, 1common scroll and 2 rare scrolls.Finally, I got 3 energy and 7 entries for the weekly fortune draw.
