My all time favourite mode of transport is the metro, and specially when it's the women's section. The reason it's my favourite is because it is fast and safe, also very comfortable. It has helped me multiple times and saved my time. When it's a crowded road with traffic, I feel more relaxed and secure in the metro's women's section because it is only for female passengers. I do not need to think about anything, I can stay carefree and usually the journey is peaceful.
Another reason, I like it because of the hygiene, they maintain it pretty well. The stations are clean and they always arrive in time. I do not have to wait for a long time like I used to do before. I can reach my destination quickly. One of my most memorable travel experiences was when I was on my period, I was having a bad cramp. A lady saw me in pain, she left her seat to let me seat. It was a heartfelt moment for me, still now I remember how well she treated me. I really like it when women are supporting each other, for that reason I love traveling with them the most. Since that day, I have liked the metro even more. So, whenever I have something important to do or to meet someone I would use metro if it's possible.
Another time, my father was at his mother's house for a while, suddenly he was in pain because of the backbone issues, and he also had to go back home. After that, he called me to pick him up then I travelled there in a metro so that I can reach him faster. After reaching there, my father told me he can't sit for too long in the jam so he doesn't want any Uber then I decided to take him in the metro because it would be quicker and there would be no traffic jam. That day, after reaching home I felt good that I could bring him back safely without causing him more pain. I realized how much easier the metro had made our trip. I hope more people will use the metro because it saves time. For me, the metro will always be my favourite mode of transport.
