Chemistry is the study of the atomic composition and structural patterns of substances.

Talking of atomic composition of substances. The Chemist studies the compositions of all elements, compounds and mixtures.

Some of which are single substances while others are either chemically or physically combined together.
To get the details of each element, the Chemist consults the periodic table.

These mixtures and other reagents are combined to produce other things necessary for life.

And of course no work is done unless it is done safely. Chemists ensure that all safety measures are in place before carrying out any experiment.
