These photos were taken earlier in the week when I took a walk around Sampalok Lake in the evening and took some long-exposure shots using a cheapo tripod. I have always been fascinated by long-exposure photography. The entries that I have planned on submitting were supposed to be long-exposure sunrise shots, but the weather had not cooperated for me for the past 3 days, and I was not able to go out because of the rain.
I'm now thinking of investing in a waterproof case for the G7x because I also love the effect of rain on long exposures, and maybe invest in a few filters as well.

Sampalok Lake is one of San Pablo City's seven lakes, it is the largest and most accessible. There is a 3.7 km long circumferencial road that circles the lake making it ideal for joggers and runners. Steps are now being undertaken by the local government to restore the lake to its previous beauty.
