The first place we went to was the Silang municipality. This building is new, the former municipality is old and will be demolished because of the old materials. Isn't it nice?
Here we went to the Assessor's office to pay the total amount of land tax (amilyar) that was due. Good because it's a small amount.
We passed by here before going to Trece Martirez City. Wires and cables, Philippines finest.
This is the historic town of Trece Martirez City. Here we got off the jeepney in front of it and just walked to BIR.
This is the monument of the 13 martyrs on the corner of this street.
Inside BIR office.
Place we passed on our way home.
I used to work here inside in electronics company when I didn't have kids yet.
Hello liketu people!
It's bermonths and that means December is approaching, it's Christmas. I want to share with you all the photos I took of the different places we went in Cavite, part of Calabarzon or in South Luzon, Philippines. When my Mom and I arranged something important. That's why I'm absent here at Hive hehe. Others are municipalities and government offices. I took a lot of pictures, of course, travel and a lot of beautiful and historic places. During this vacation, my brother were supposed to pick us up for a vacation in Pangasinan. But I thought we should just go to the registry of deeds to settle the land title of my parents house while we still have money and my time still free because the kids are not in school yet. And my mom even joked while they were still alive hehe. All the papers are in mom's trunk lol. There are written instructions on where and how to do it step by step. Due to lack of money and busy lives, we only walked it last month. Before my mom and I left, she cooked food for the kids who were left at home with my father.
Going to Silang Municipality and BIR is just Step 1, where I found it on Google. The person in charge gave us the necessary list of documents. I have a story, the person at that counter was eating his food for lunch while assisting us. We told him to eat first. Those who work in government offices are pitiful because of people they deal with everyday. Mom is a senior so we were assist quickly. We bought a waffle at Robinson. Then we went home.
The next day we went to the registry of deeds in Tagaytay which is next to its municipality.
Opposite of this Skyranch Tagaytay will enter the municipality.
Someone kindly took a picture of us there.
This getting land title is an achievement for me and help for my parents. Like how I accompanied my father in arranging his SSS pension. My siblings are abroad and only I can do these important things. It's good to leave home early because there's still a lot to go to. And it is also need to ask, so as not to go back because it is a waste of money and fatigue. Don't be shy to ask other people, you need a thick face lol. I also researced on Google so that I have a little knowledge of the documents. Really thankful to Google and internet. Good thing that I recall in my mind the things we went to and did. I forget sometimes lol. I used my Mom's Samsung camera because the pictures are nice and clear. My phone camera is a bit blurry. Maybe I need to buy a new phone hehe. I am going to continue my story next week.
That鈥檚 all for today's #WednesdayWalk challenge initiated by @tattoodjay.
Thank you for reading!
God Bless Us All!
