Likewise, communication is a phenomenon consubstantial to the human species, where it occurs in any type of organization regardless of its type and size. It is not possible to imagine an organization without communication, nor without conflicts or without human capital, so organizational communication is the set of messages exchanged by the components of an organization and between it and its context. In this general environment of organizations worldwide, organizational communication has been analyzed as an element of necessary consideration, since it is linked to the performance of the personnel, which has been qualified as one of the most important assets for the achievement of the objectives set.
In Latin America, communication as a process within human capital management also retains a relevance to be considered, since its influence on the achievement of the objectives of organizations has been recognized. In this sense Bell (2014), highlights that, in Latin American companies or organizations, the need to study comprehensively the communication processes has been recognized, as it influences the activity carried out in terms of human capital management. In this sense, every company or organization needs to develop the minimum management principles for the initial and permanent training of its human capital, the internal organization and the realization of projects with its target public.

In this order of ideas, the internal organizational communication represents the main link to associate the leaders with the workers, as well as between the own labor groups, and all the work team that an organization has, who require it for the exchange of ideas, projects and even to facilitate the means in the achievement of the development objectives within their activities that are executed daily. According to the above, Guevara (2016), states that internal organizational communication plays a fundamental role in organizations because it involves the process of transmission of information and exchange of opinions regarding specific facts, which give rise to a particular analysis of the components of the same, i.e., referred to the sender, receiver, message, channel or medium through which the message is sent, as well as their respective feedback process.
