Greetings fellow actifit’rs, doing well?
✨Did you catch the full Super Moon and/or the eclipse? I was able to see the full-on huge bright moon but unfortunately it ducked out and hid during the eclipse action. It was a totally pleasant experience strolling and sitting along the riverside with a highball in hand.
Had a slack week at the gym but got in a good one today with heavy presses and pulls for a satisfying upper body routine. 💪🏻💦
Weekend is approaching!
Cheers!
