I could sleep in 💤 a bit today and let the morning rains pass before going out for breakfast and setting off on a little strolling 🚶 adventure. Heading up into the hills again, I chose another path I’ve never previously taken. Never knowing what I might find, I did come across an abandoned kura, old style Japanese warehouse, traditionally used for storing foods, typically rice or other grains. Tucked away behind some bamboo and overgrown, it gave me a sense of stillness, peace, and solemn isolation.
So far, I’ve found a gem 💎 of something unique every time I pick a different direction to explore, making these little treks for healthy activity all the more rewarding.
