10 grams of cannabis – you can use both bud and trim for this. Bud will result in a more potent sauce, but it can be a good way to use up trim that would otherwise go to waste.
⅓ cup of vegetable oil
¾ cup of tomato paste
½ cup of mango juice
¼ cup of water
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
3 Tbsps of finely chopped green onion
2 Tbsps of brown sugar
2 Tbsps of organic cider vinegar
2 Tbsps of Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp of Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp of honey
1 Tbsp of soy sauce
½ Tbsp of chilli flakes/powder
A pinch of cayenne pepper
A pinch of ginger powder
1 small lime, juiced
Optional: 1 Tbsp of corn-starch to thicken up the sauce (if required)
