Hello everyone. How are you all doing. This is my first time in this community. And it's all thanks to my aunt funshee@funshee. She caught me sneaking online around 1:00am and suggest I join this community. My fellow owls. Though I have missed alot of interesting prompts but I promise not to miss this week prompt which says "HOW WOULD YOU CONVINCE AN EARLY Sleeper TO STAY AWAKE AT MIDNIGHT"

Well, I use to be an early sleeper. And all of a sudden I started developing the habit of an owl. I'm a crochet artist and I love crocheting at nights most especially when I have a client's order. The inspiration, strength, energy comes only at night. And that's how I become a chronic owl. And here I am 1:00am sharing my thoughts on this prompt.
This is how I can convince an early sleeper to be awake at midnight. Mind you sleeping is natural. Yeah! We all know that but, we can control it if we want to. that's where the mindset comes in.

let's say I have a friend who sleeps early. Firstly, I can use something she can't resist. watching movies for instance. Especially horror movies.
I will set up an appetizer (popcorn) it goes well while watching a movie. I know for sure she won't sleep especially when the movie gets intense. In summary "I used her addiction to keep her awake".

Secondly: If the person is a crochet artist like me. 90% of crochet artist have the habit of staying awake midnight. So it's even stress free. I just have to remind her of her unfinished craft. And boom, she won't hesitate, especially when I'm also staying awake with her.

And finally, like I said we are dealing with the mindset not the body. To keep an early sleeper awake there are things to avoid during this tricky moment. Like bed, pillows and more.
I will indulge the person in activities. Activities like games, for someone who loves musics I will try to bring back some old songs and exciting memories, dig out some old time memories and discus.

Thank you for reading till the end this is how I can convince an ealy sleeper to stay awake at midnight. Let me know your thoughts in the comment section.
Bye for now.
