So our cat did something completely random today. I was giving him food using a bowl in the kitchen, and wanted to take the bowl outside so he could eat outside instead of in the house. Then for some reason he just grabbed the entire slab of meat with his mouth and threw it to the floor and started eating from the ground. I was super confused for a sec cause he never does this, then I realized there was a stray cat waiting outside for food as well, and my cat must have thought I was gonna give it to the other cat and got protective.
Despite great resistance I ended up taking the meat from my cat and putting it outside with the bowl. It was like 1am in the morning so I didn’t want to wait for my cat to finish eating in the kitchen
Very odd behaviour for this little man!
