Today I will introduce you to a very luxurious restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City. It's R & J Italian Lounge & Restaurant.

Taking its name from Shakespeare’s epic romance, Romeo and Juliet, R&J stokes a similar passion in lovers of traditional Italian cuisine.

Upscale restaurant with amazing showcase of seafoods and oyster on ice at the entrance, perfect place for a date or an important business dinner, both food and service was impeccable, we have met both the Italian chef and Executive chef. A extraordinary experience from aperitife to dessert that I strongly recommend when in Saigon.
R&J gave me all the elements of a great dining experience: excellent service (with an Italian professional overseeing the staff), comfortable environment, an optimal mix between local and imported top-notch ingredients, an equally optimal mix between creativity and respect for the tradition, masterful presentation of the dishes. This is fine dining at its best.
I tried their Juliet menu (five great courses all around) and on another occasion I tried a magnificent lobster dish: scialatielli with Nha Trang lobster. Scialatielli is a paste invented in Naples that uses milk instead of eggs. The result is a velvety texture that melts in your mouth.
